Community Action Provides Hundreds of Delivered Boxes Community Action of Eastern Iowa has transformed its Davenport office into a food delivery warehouse and dispatch center. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization has increased its ability to provide food directly to the doorstep of households in Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Counties. Community Action is also providing diapers to families with young children. All services are offered at no cost to the household. The Agency is delivering more than 300 food boxes per week.
